"Comfortable contacts that work well"
I’ve ordered from lens a few times now, i’ve been really happy with the contacts. They feel comfortable all day and don’t get that dry, scratchy feeling by lunchtime like some others I’ve tried. They’re easy to put in, stay clear for most of the day, and just work well overall. Definitely planning to keep using them

"Easy order with no surprises"
I ordered my contacts from lens, and the best part was being able to see what was actually in stock before I checked out. I have used other sites where they let me place the order, then email later saying it is backordered, which is really annoying. This time everything was clear, and my lenses shipped when I expected them to. Simple overall, and there were no weird surprises.

I was expecting the price to jump at checkout because that seems to happen everywhere now, especially when I’m ordering stuff late at night and not paying super close attention. But the total stayed the same the whole way through, which was a nice little surprise

I ended up having to cancel my order and I thought it was going to be a whole thing but it was way easier than I expected, there wasn’t any long back and forth or annoying waiting around, they just helped me out quickly and got it sorted fast so I was happy with the whole experience.

"Smooth and easy order"
Ordering from Lens.com was straightforward. I really liked getting the status updates so I knew when my order was processing and when it shipped, instead of having to keep checking or wondering what was going on. "Same contacts I usually get, no issues"
I ordered my regular brand from Lens.com after putting it off for way too long, mostly because I kept forgetting until my last pair was basically on its final days. The boxes showed up sealed, the prescription was right, and the lenses feel exactly like the ones I normally get from my eye doctor. I was a little nervous ordering online because my eyes are annoyingly sensitive, but it was totally fine. No weird surprises

"Good prices, simple enough"
I’ve ordered from Lens.com a couple times now, i keep wondering if I’m missing some catch because the prices have been better than what I pay at my eye doctor, even after shipping. But both orders went fine. The site was easy enough to figure out, and my contacts showed up when they said they would. Nothing super fancy, just a straightforward way to save a little money on lenses. I’ll probably keep using them unless I somehow convince myself I’m being too trusting.

"Pretty reliable overall"
I ordered my contacts from Lens.com and overall it was a Smooth experience. The tracking updated like it should, and the box got here in good shape with no issues with the lenses or anything. The only reason I'm going with 4 stars is because it showed up maybe a day later than I was expecting, but it wasn't a huge deal. I'd probably order from them again since everything was reliable enough.
